Returns and Refunds

Non-Faulty Returns

We hope you’ll love your purchase but if you decide you no longer want something when it arrives, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your item, to request a return. We’ll then send you instructions on where to send your return package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

You must send items back to us within 28 days of receipt. Please send to us tracked and retain proof of postage until a full refund has been issued - we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

Once we have received your item(s) we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods (excluding postage), to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please check your order on receipt and contact us as soon as possible at if an item is faulty or damaged, then we can look into rectifying this for you. 

Allergic Reactions

All product ingredients are listed on each product page (with the exception of products from Bramble & Blossom). Please read these carefully before making a purchase, to ensure you don’t have a known allergy to anything listed. We cannot be held responsible if any reaction occurs.
If you notice a reaction to a given product, stop use straight away and seek medical attention as needed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
